It chats over WhatsApp, searches your catalog using the customer's own words and sends the product card — image, name and price straight from the catalog, never made up. In Orders and quotes mode it builds the order item by item, recaps it for the customer to confirm and leaves it quoted on the deal for your team to close; in Ecommerce mode it recommends and sends the buy link from your store. Products come from your manual catalog or from a synced WooCommerce or Shopify catalog, it uses the attributes you define (size, color, warranty) to compare, and it respects each product's currency: if it doesn't match the quote's, it won't state the price. If you'd rather it never mentions prices at all, turn off Mention prices and it captures product and quantity only.
